Welcome to The Powder Room by Joanne I’m Joanne , and I’ve been helping clients look and feel their best since 2006. I began my career as a makeup artist before becoming a licensed aesthetician in 2012. Over the years, I’ve worked in some of the best spas across Whittier, Downey, and Lakewood, perfecting my craft and building a loyal clientele. In 2017, I followed my dream and opened my own private suite—The Powder Room by Joanne—where I create a relaxing, personalized space for every client. I’m certified in multiple professional skincare lines, including PCA Skin, Epicuren, LightStim, Image Skincare, and Skin Script Rx, allowing me to tailor treatments for radiant, lasting results. Here, it’s more than just a service—it’s your time to relax, recharge, and leave feeling confident in your skin.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policies and Fees: Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If card on file is declined you will be banned from booking online until we receive the cancellation fee and a new deposit will be required to schedule any future appointments. When you schedule your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or debit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. Deposit is non refundable and used as a credit for 1 month only.
